  • Conference Organizers are not responsible for the belongings of participants and viewer of the Conference at the venue.
  • As you are done with registration, please contact info@cientific.org for the invitation letter.
  • For Entering this event Official Letter of Invitation is mandatory.
  • Modification can be done by the Event organizers. Refunds can’t be granted for the cancellation during the congress.
  • If in case, the Event gets postponed or cannot be held due to actions{natural calamities} beyond the control of the organizers under these circumstances, the conference organizers has the right to either hold the entire registration fee and to credit it for a future meet, or to refund 100% of paid fee the delegate.
  • If the registered person is unable to attend the event, the registered slot can be transfered to other persons from the same university
  • Cancellation policy is strictly followed, and every one’s cancellation should be created in an inscription.

Prior 2 months of the conference start date, you will receive a 50% of the paid fee.

Below 59 days of the conference start date there are no refunds.

Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference.

The registrations with discounted prices are transferable, but not refundable at any point of time
